Can newsbin save unfinished files in another folder?
And the finished files in another folder?

There was a way to save them to a different folder. I'm not sure it's still in there. I'll have to check. You can set Newsbin to cache the entire file in memory before it writes it out so, that would effectively give you that too.
Let me check the code.
