New Behavior for .NZB Files

I'm a WinXP user (with Newsbin). I just upgraded from 6.11 to 6.31RC3. I'm a long time user, but don't claim to understand all of the bells and whistles of Newsbin. It has provided me with a lot of enjoyment over the years! I've noticed a behavioral change having to do with .nzb file processing:
I frequently build and download a(n?) .nzb file on a web site and use the browser (Firefox) to "open" the file. Firefox asks if I want to use Newsbin to open the file, I affirm. Prior to v6.31, Newsbin opened, displayed the MOD then the .nzb file was waiting in its tab. Now the .nzb automatically downloads and there is no tab. If I then go to File/Load NZBs... I can open the .nzb file (if I'm fast enough) and see the processing. The problem is that I don't want the .nzb file to automatically process AND I want the .nzb tab to automatically open as it did in v6.11.
I check the settings in the Options/NZB Files, but none looked like they controlled this activity. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
David
