Complementary 4 "Internet Search DLs/month" over?

For fast search and DLs, I had occasionally used the four free DLs per month from 'Net search to snag a file.

On occasion, I had exceeded 4 and would get a warning something like: "Only 4 per month, you have exceeded 4...."

Was the four free DLs terminated?
