Internet vs. local search syntax difference?

Snippet of a subject.

Subject: The.One.Two.Three.(2011)

Internet search: one two three

The internet search returns a match

Local search: one two three

No match. The local search was in the group that matched that found in the internet search. If I scroll down in the local list to the T's I can find the subject above. So it's in the local group but using the same search syntax used in the internet search did not cause a match.

That is not unexpected!

Local search uses regex syntax while Internet search does not.

Local search uses regular expresions. Just like find.

Been thinking about hiding the regular expression syntax but, it's not there now.
