Can't download groups from my server!

So here's the problem. I am registered user and bought Usenetserver subscription. I wanted to added groups from the server but it loads some groups and then just stops loading them so the groups won't load completely. What could be wrong? Thanks.

Insufficient information. First, you download headers. Try that, you should see something happening. Check the logging tab for errors. Assuming that worked, describe more carefully exactly what you're doing, it's unclear from what you've currently explained.
