"repeat down loading of pars

I am having a problem with version 6 redownloading some folders, partial posts and pars each time i shut down and restart newsbin

this also happens when I open newsbin after either a computer restart or booting from a cold machine.

HP pavilion dv7 notebook, i7, 8 gb ram win7 home

1 - Go into the options, select "Open data folder"
2 - Exit Newsbin
3 - Delete the file "Downloads" or "Downloads.db3" depending on you folder view
4 - Start Newsbin

This will wipe the download, scratch and wish lists. Newsbin will regenerate it when it starts.
