Files hanging around in queue

I'm running 6.21 and I have noticed that some files will hang around in my queue although when I check in the folder they have been downloaded and extracted. This was happening in previous versions also; has anyone else experienced this?

Probably the best thing to do is install 6.30RC1 and see if it still does it. There have been many improvements.

Looks like you can't get to it unless you're registered and you've added your registration key to the forum.

Sorry. It's in the registered users area .

If you're registered, you just need to add your key to the forum profile.

I've added reg key to profile but can't see registered users area. If you don't mind could you post a link which I should now be able to access please?
