CFileIOWorker error

What's this error mean?

[20:10:08] ERROR - CFileIOWorker: Unable to Write to SpoolIO <followed by the subject>

I only have seen it when trying to download one particular file.
Is that some hard drive error like bad sector? If so which drive (data or download folder)?

If you PM me the subject and group, I'll try it. It's basically saying that Newsbin can't open the NB2 file to write the file you're downloading. This might happen if the path is too long.
