Why does Newsbin 6.x pause on the last 10 or so files?

I noticed that once in a while I don't get a complete download. When I look to see why, it's almost always because it mysteriously decided to pause the last 10 or so files; usually par files. I have to actually highlight those files and "un-pause" then to continue where they had paused; then the finish. Is there a way for it to not pause on those files?

Do you have autopar turned on? What version are you using?

I'm using version 6.0 Build 1019. I didn't disable the autoparing option.

By this time that's become a fairly old version. I mean in the sense that there have been significant changes that might or might not have addressed this already. I'd give 6.3B4 a go. It's pretty good. If it still has problems, that's the version it'll get fixed in.

Keep in mind if you add some PARSs to the list and files associated with those pars are never added, the pars might just sit there waiting for the data that completes them. PARs by themselves are pretty useless. It's only when the files mentioned in the pars get downloaded that the pars will either unpause and download or clear themselves out of the download list.

6.3 makes sure to put the pars on top when possible so, at least one par has downloaded before the files download.
