Is there a way (or is it planned, or am I wanting something no one else wants) to have
the speed limiter limit any one of the servers (currently 2) I have setup in newsbin?

No. No plans. Why would you need such a thing?

2 servers, one with "unlimited" download, and 1 with limited.
2 servers, one with speed capped, and one without.

Still not seeing it. Are you thinking you'd slow down the limited server or something?

You could make the limited server a "fill" server so, it only downloads if other chunks of the file start failing.

Just thought I'd ask (yes, slow down the limited server). Can't hurt to ask, eh?
