Lockout Poster not removing headers from list

I'm running v6.2.1.1534 on Windows 7 Enterprise 64 bit. When right-clicking a post header then choosing "Lockout Poster" I would normally expect all posts from that poster to be removed from the list of headers, but this is no longer happening. Is this a known issue?

If they just get a new icon, it means you need to enable the filters. It's the power button looking icon.
