Can't download after upgrade

I just upgraded from version 5.58 to 6.21 and I'm getting the following error messages when I try to download anything or update a group:

ERROR InterSocket - Error: Connection Failed, Host: ssl.astraweb.com Error Code: 10013 An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions.
ERROR Socket - Error: WSASend Socket Error Code: 10038 An operation was attempted on something that is not a socket.
ERROR NNTPSocket - SendCommand Worker - Server:ssl.astraweb.comSendCommand - failed to send command to server: Unspecified Network Error
ERROR NNTPSocket - Socket HandleError - Server: ssl.astraweb.com SendCommand - Server Disabled Service on connection:

The last three just keep repeating until I cancel the downloads. Just wondering if something needs to be tweaked after upgrading.

It's being Blocked off the internet by your firewall.

Error: Connection Failed, Host: ssl.astraweb.com Error Code: 10013 An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions.

I checked my firewall settings and Newsbin is allowed, as it's always been. I had no problems this morning before upgrading.

*edit* I just reinstalled 5.58 and it works so I have no idea.

Firewalls treat upgrades like new programs. I'd delete the existing firewall rule and re-add Newsbin using the new version you installed.

It's clear what the problem is. Even the error message tells you that something on your PC is failing the connection.

Things just keep getting weirder. I reinstalled 6.21 and now it works, and I didn't even have to mess with the firewall rules. What a day. I'm just gonna pretend the last couple hours never happened. Thanks for your help.
