Unable to MAP file (A little different, small files)

I too am seeing the "Unable to MAP file" messages with the files not being renamed.
This seems to be a little different from some of the other discussions in that these are about 150MB rar parts.
Task manager says that NewsBin is using about 128MB of memory so I'm not sure if the /3gb switch will do anything.
The logs (minus the file names are)
[13:53:11] DEBUG - Current files have been processed - Checking assemble timer:
[13:53:12] DEBUG - Finish -Copy Mode Assembly:
[13:53:24] ERROR - INT_AssembleFile: Unable to MAP file
[13:55:08] DEBUG - FileIOThread - AssembleFile:
[13:55:08] ERROR - INT_AssembleFile: Unable to MAP file
The first three logs are for the same file. The next two are for a different file and just keeps repeating for each following file.
It seems to be failing to map every file now.
I'm using 6.10 1339 32bit
I've done a chkdsk /f on the drive (no problems found) and I can manually rename them without issue.
This is a local drive with lots of free space.
Autopar is off.
I can post the exact logs with file names if it will help.
Thanks
