newsbin unpauses itself when dismissing the low disk warning

here's the scenario;
- run out of free space, newsbin warning pops up
- dismiss the warning, manually switch from 'run' to 'pause'
- do anything else, or even nothing for a while
+ newzbin will unpause itself, try to download, and popup the warning again
this warning will interrupt basically anything you might be doing in newsbin to free up space (unrar, etc)..
most of all it's an annoyingly vicious circle; low disk warning -> dismiss, pause newsbin -> try to unrar a couple files -> newsbin unpauses itself and displays the low disk warning -> dismiss, curse a few times, pause -> rinse & repeat
