How to use the shortcut menus by keyboard?

Using v 6.10RC2 - bld 1285

I would like to be able to use the keyboard to access the shortcut (right-click) menus. Shift-F10 is not working and the Windows Application key neither!

Is there an alternative?

Agreed, not working. I'll have to look into why. Not sure at this point.
