Autoshut-down doesn't notice headers downloading.

V6.10RC1 Build1267.
Subject says it all, really. I have auto-shutdown on, as I tend to queue things up and walk away, and don't like to leave the program running if it doesn't need to be. Just today, I was downloading some headers, and a few small files. The small files finished before the headers, and as soon as the small files were done, the Auto-Shutdown warning came on. The headers were still downloading.
I cancelled the shutdown, to finish downloading the headers. So I don't know if it would have ACTUALLY shut down the program, but it seems likely.
Thanks,
