Why do I get this error & how to fix it

Sounds like it can't write to the folder that it's trying to unrar too. Never seen it myself.

its writing to it cause its putting the rars there just not unpacking

Perhaps the filenames get too long? (Windows has some silly limitation (256?) on file length, including path...)
