Download List window not dockable

I've just upgraded from v6 RC3 to V6 1019. I can't work out how to dock the Download List window - it doesn't have the options dropdown on the title bar (Dock/Float/etc), and when I drag it around the main Window it won't "stick" to either of the four fixed screen locations, nor will it attach itself to the existing tabbed windows at the bottom of my main Window (Logging, Files List and Failed Downloads).
Has anyone else got this problem?

So, you have an existing pane, and you want to attach the download list to it? Hold drag it over top, you should see a popup gadget that shows the four directions(which will add a new pane location on one of those sides), and a central box. When I release it over that central box, it attaches to that pane.

Also, silly question, but you've ensured you haven't locked your GUI, right?

That's exactly what I'm trying, but I don't see the pop-up gadgets. I haven't locked the GUI - in fact I can drag and dock other windows without any problems (e.g. Logging, Files List and Failed Downloads). It's just the Download List that is refusing to offer docking options when I drag it.

Sadly, you might need to reinstall with the 'reset GUI' option. I would try that, anyway.

Or delete "Workspace.xml" to reset the GUI.
