This link "http://www.newsbin.com/downloads/siggen5-2.1.zip" does not work anymore. Has the file been removed? Is there a newer version? I have several signature databases that I would like to combine.

I'll have to ask Dex when he gets back. The format for signatures hasn't changed in a long time.
