I am running beta 6 b. 943 (win 7 ult. x64). Version 5 used to have some feedback from the Newsbin icon in the taskbar, the one which show up when the program is minimized.
I could get the current download speed just by hovering with the cursor over the icon; the icon also changed color if downloads were pause, or the speed limited.
This very useful feedback seems to be gone in the beta 6 versions I tried... Any plans to bring it back?

Do you mean that this is fixed in beta 14 (b. 952)? I installed it, and couldn't notice any changes.

No - beta 15 (which is not yet generally available).

beta 15 fixed the icon changing when the download is paused or the speed limited, good. However I cannot see the speed value by going over the icon with the mouse cursor - it still just says "running full speed".

Is this being brought back to v6?

I just added a note to look at it. It's not something I use so, I didn't miss is when it was gone.

I really miss that as well, when you have loads going on you can just move your mouse over the icon in the taskbar and view the progress.
It is (was) a really nice feature, might go back to 5.59 if its not on the to do list.
