Just an FYI, I don't know if this is accidental or intentional, but b4 seemed to fix a very annoying problem I was having.

Sometimes Newsbin was keeping open file handles on some of my video files after unraring them. I would have to close Newsbin, or unlock the file in order to move or delete the file. This behaviour seems to have randomly fixed itself in b4.

Actually it *is* possible for that to happen still, it's just rarer. I've noticed that if I time it 'right', deleting entries in the download list can sometimes leave locked files, which of course restarting newsbin addresses. It definitely does seem to happen far less, though.
