CHUNKS_1 folder not removed

Notice the CHUNKS_V1 folder isn't removed after a download is complete; after upgrading from v5 to v6.

I see, when using v6 a Chunks_1 folder is created to hold the NB2 file, but v6 then doesn't remove it after it's done using? (in v5.59, it did ) Should we now turn off the Chunks_1 folder with v6?

I was thinking "spool_v1" for some reason. I never use that mode. I'd love to remove it.

it's not so much of an issue when doing a group dl; but when doing the "download to subject" it can be a bit to get rid of per folder
