Total Downloaded from newserver displayed is wrong

I followed the migrating to a new pc article, but the total Bytes downloaded from the news server in the bottom left corner, does not match the value displayed next to the server in the servers menu.

Is this a bum INI file that needs tweaking, or how do I correct this?
