6.90B12 - auto download NZBs is stuck on

Whether the Automatic download for loaded nzbs is checked or not, double-clicking on an nzb file in Windows File Explorer causes NBp to auto download the entire file. I want NBp to behave like 6.90 and just load the nzb and let me manually start the DL. Sometimes I only want one part of the file.

You can still load the NZBs using the file menu.

As I said in answer to your other post on this topic, currently the way to get reliable downloads is to feed directly to the download list.

I might be able to restore the old functionality, I had an idea about it but, I'm not sure it'll make 6.90 yet.
