ERROR Disk Space Check - on a HD that isn't involved?

Postby astrax » Mon Jul 22, 2019 8:56 am

Hi,
occasionally I've been getting these error messages in the last few days and I don't know why (6.82B7: 00 F5 10 42 96 94 ):

[07/22 13:51:36] ERROR Disk Space Check Insufficient free to continue: 308.3 MB Free D:\

My data folder isn't on that volume, neither is the cache, un-RAR folder, the installation or anything else that'd be connected to NB.
Neither am I using "dl to existing folder" or similar.

Any idea, what might be the cause and where this might come from?

Thanks!

I'd look inside the NBI and see if any folders reference the D drive.

Looked it up: the decode path was still set to D:

I used that HD a couple of years ago, before I moved all directories to another drive. Never had any messages when space was low on that drive before though.
I have now manually set it to a different drive, which I also use for extraction. Is that OK? Is there something I should look out for?

Thanks!

The unrar and download paths can be set in many different places. For example NZB's get their own settings. On the other hand, if you actually had D set as the download path, even if something else it overriding it, D will still get checked. The only thing I'd suggest is when you shuffle drives around, look in the NBI and make sure nothing is referencing the old drive. That's how I do it.
