Unrar issues

Anyone having unrar issues the past few days with certain posts that have downloaded OK?

Left with a par2 file and a set of files. Have to run Quickpar manually to rename the files and then extract manually.

Just started to happen the past several days.

Someone reported that if there aren't any repair pars, some downloads end up in the failed list. Are they in the failed list?
