problem posting -- "from" header not in internet syntax. e1

I used to post replies to the group using Newsbin. lately, however, when I try to reply, nothing posts, and I get "Server returned error, unable to complete posting:441 posting failed. "from" header not in internet syntax.e1

I use Astraweb. I haven't made any change in my setting in forever. I still have plenty of download available from them.

Any idea what's up?

The from field needs to look like an email

"Bla Bla <dummy@dummy.com>"

or something like that.

Ah - thanks. somewhere I lost the ".com" part of my address, so that's why it wasn't taking it.
