my Block account server regularly reportt between 40-50MB more download than Newsbin

Should be pretty much right on.
40-50 Mb over what period and how much downloaded?
If it's 40-50mb per gig then that's one thing. If it's 40-50 over 10 gigs, it's probably some odd rounding error.
