When are chunks cleaned up?

I have nothing downloading or processing in newsbin. I have 30gb of chunks on my \Appdata\local\newsbin\chunks folder. How does that get cleaned up?

Normally when files are assembled, they get deleted. If you delete downloaded but not assembled files from the download list they might get left behind. I believe they get cleaned out when they get to be > 2 days old.

If you ended up with a bunch of files in the failed list, those chunks might belong to them too.
