New release crashes

I have just updated from B2 to the latest 64 bit release. I use Windows 10 Pro 64 with 8GB memory and TBs of disc space.

The problem appears to be related to the previous one where the taskbar icon is active but on using it the program opens for 1/10s then disppears.

Update: After repeated tries to open and getting crashes I selected run as administrator and 6.71 build 4755 opened. I closed it and opened it as normal and it opens.

I have not idea why it failed at first.
