Repair issue

Sometimes Newsbin pro (now using the beta 2.70)don't extract the files,while extern used Multipar says no need for repair.So it's complete.Otherwise Newsbin pro sometimes don't repair files in the good way and begins to start repairing again and again.Stopping Newsbin pro and using Multipar it repairs the broken file(s) in the good way and can manually extract it.

You can PM me an example. Don't post it here. Subject and Group should be sufficient. Hopefully not something too big.

Most common cause of these symptoms is setting an unrar path that no longer exists. So, the UnRAR fails but Newsbin keeps trying. Many people use external drives, set paths to them and don't notice when the the drive letter changes.

I've not seen cases where Newsbin can't repair something someone else can. It's usenet though so anything is possible.
