unrar with download date, note upload date?

I think in version 5.54, if you changed FileStamp to 1 from 0, you could alter the unrar date so that it used the date that a file was downloaded, as opposed to uploaded, which makes sorting and searching for files on a drive way easier.
With 6.62, I can't find the Filestamp file in .nbi.
Am I missing something, or is everything the way it was in 5.54 (that's the version this problem comes up under in the forum), or am I nuts and everything is fine?

Look in the autopar options. At least in 6.70 there's an option. I believe 6.62 is the same.
