Is there a way to get a live line graph showing Mb/s?

It's on my todo list but, currently no. I'm going to be looking into simplfying the GUI in the future and a speed graph will be part of that change.

Thanks, I'll look forward to it.

First time poster, long time user, can't believe it will be the ten year anniversary in November since I bought Newsbin. Crazy... Have to say though with the ongoing support and development it's been a great value for the ($20 was it?) I paid.

If it's any help to you - I use a little program called ''Bitmeter2'' which sits in a little used corner of the monitor. It can be personalised to show different graphs and download speeds and totals going back over 12 months - it has a fantastic array of options and can be made see through and click through. Just google for it.

Me too, am missing this nice to have feature in Newsbin but am using Networx (free, portable, on of the best in this category) to get a graph.
Using page-up/down it goes back in history.
Also it has a usage report per day/week/month and even has an hourly rates and can export dato excel.
You might give it a try.

Or, alternatively, if a speedgraph is too complicated, add:
max speed
min speed
avg speed
to the statusbar ?

where avg is counted between
starting the download (speed higher than 0 mbps for x seconds)
stopping the download (speed 0 for a few seconds)
this way it does not count the time between various downloads, where NB may possible do unpar tasks

just a suggestion

I'm in the midst of re-doing the GUI. Basically Dex and I see there being two Newsbins. One that looks like the old work horse and one that's more flashy They'll both use the same download engine.
