2 - Sonarr can supposedly tell if an NZB belongs to it or not and not process NZB's that it didn't source. If couch can do that too then I see no reason they couldn't both dump into the same folder and each pick out their own files.
3 - Newsbin should run Sab compatible scripts. It actually supplies more information to a script write than Sab does.

Older link but the interface hasn't changed.
I got couch working this morning. Working in that it sends NZB's for Newsbin to download. I don't know if all the other functionality works. I'll let you tell me.
