Rc4 Windows 10 System memory usage 7gbs

I just got home and noticed my system slow. I noticed that the memory usage on system was over 7gbs and after shutting down newsbin rc4 the memory was released. I just download 661f1 and will see what happens

I get occasional reports of things like that. I don't know how to reproduce it yet.
