Unrar in 6.6 is in an endless loop at 110% complete

I am watching this try and unrar a file (3.89gig) and goes to 110% complete and then starts over again. I let it go for about 30 minutes and finally unrared the file with Total Commander and it said the file is corrupt. So why is newsbin in an endless loop?
