Crash importing headers

Postby bobberly » Mon Sep 15, 2014 9:27 pm

Had Newsbin crash on me a few days ago. Subsequent launches immediately crash. Renamed most of the db3 files in the root data folder with no luck, finally stumbled the headers in the import directory. Through trial and error found it was just one group causing it to crash. Removed them and tried to copy one by one, but any files for that particular group cause an instant crash.

The group's StorageData.db3 from SPOOL_V6 is about 5GB. Just wondering if I hit some limitation or something else is corrupted. Issue seems to be limited to a single group. I can wreck it and download headers from scratch, just worried it'll happen again.

Running 6.53 Build 3311 64 bit

I'd guess the actual DB3's for the group are corrupt now and need to be deleted and re-downloaded.
