Why Newsbin sux at resuming big downloads ?

Usually I turn off my computer the night and restart Newsbin the morning to resume big downloads.
This morning for some reason when I started Newsbin it began to re-download completely all the incomplete of my big download while they are all in "chuncks" directory already

version 6.53 build 3311 (latest)
windows 7 64

I just restarted Newsbin, it's re-downloading the incomplete .. (by the way for others download it works just fine, so my db or whatever is not corrupt).
(The number of error is because i use a server for completion)

update : well this time it seems to works better and detect the chunks correctly and only re downloaded 1 file so far, but there is definitely something here
update 2 : par and unrar finished successfully...

So why now it detects chunks and this morning it didn't ? it's really a mistery it just re downloaded nearly all of them :-/

I've got nothing to work with. I will note it though and see if other people have the same problems.

Not the same problem but related this morning with an other download :
Started big download yesterday, restarted Newsbin this morning, some of the last files previously downloaded are named with all CAPS and get re downloaded.

All caps means they were incomplete.

I'm not really surprised they re-downloaded to be honest. Because the filename doesn't match the filename in the file on disk.

I'll look into that. See if my theory is correct.
