Upgraded Old Computer

Hello:
I upgraded a computer to Windows 7 from XP. I have the old configuration in the windows.old app area.

Obviously you cannot just those over to the Users\appdata\local\Newsbin folder.

It doesn't work.

How do I import my previous setting using a brand new re-install of Newsbin?

Do I need to set up the servers again or will the old configuration that was on the computer do this?
