0 KBS speed

I am getting 0KBS speed. I am using blocknews servers. "usnews.blocknews.net I have tried another reader and it works fine.
I changed to blocknews European server and it is the same. I have deleted the server and reinstalled the info. It started to happen last night and continued today. It was working great until last night.

The speed limit is off. I did a telnet ping using windows and it came back that blocknews server is running as it should. I even restarted the computer and booted the cable modem.

Is there anything in download list trying to download? Do you see any errors on the logging tab?
