An issue with downloading headers since upgrade to 6.50 B16

I upgraded to 6.50 B16 awhile back from v6.42 and discovered two issues. The first and most problematic is that when downloading headers in the binaries groups (i.e. a.b.teevee) many multipart rar/par groupings show a little yellow alert icon and clicking on the + next to the header shows almost all the headers have parts missing. Yet if I download the .NZB file and load it, it comes up with all the header parts available and downloads, checks pars and unrars just fine. The second issue issue is that whenever I download new headers, or refresh the headers by pressing the lightning icon, Newsbin downloads A LOT of the headers I previously downloaded and marked as old. I just upgraded again to v6.50RC3 and the same issues apply. Any suggestions?
