method to tag posts based on a list of key phrases?

I'm looking for a way to feed a text file of phrases into newsbin so that newsbin will tag all matches for download.

There are hundreds of phrases I'm trying to match and already have the headers. posts use only numbers in the headers. A few days later, someone posts a series of text files with actual content names and the numberic strings. Easy enough to identify those numeric strings for posts which I want. Manually searching and entering them is...very time consuming.

Is there a way to do this?

You could probably do it with filters but, it looks like a major hassle.

How about PMing me the subject of one of these text files. I'll download and look it over.
