Newsbin no longer keeps PC awake?

Been using Newsbin for a long time now and very pleased with it. Recently got a problem with Newsbin for which I would like some feedback.
I have my Windows 7 64bit download PC which runs Newsbin setup to go into windows sleep mode. It seems that since updating from nb642 to nb650B7 my download PC goes into sleep mode before Newsbin completes downloading all files from the Newsbin download list.
Has there been a recent change in Newsbin that might have cause this?

I do believe I need to hook that back up. Adding support for android meant I had to move some of the windows specific stuff around and I don't think it's hooked back up yet. It's on my todo list though.
