"Current Progress" colors.

Postby snes150 » Thu May 09, 2013 2:07 pm

I remember in earlier versions of the program, the progress bars would be multiple colors according to what piece was downloaded from which server, and red if it was missing a piece and couldn't be retrieved from any server. I use four Usenet servers so it was helpful to have a different color for each one to fill the bar.

Now I notice the bar just uses one color for all servers: blue. Is this change hardcoded in the program now or can I customize it?

Click on the plus icon to see the individual files. The main bar is just for percent downloaded.

Yes I know, when I do that, all the individual files are blue.

Interestingly, it does use my custom colors for PAR2 files, but not RARs?

There are 547 posts in those files. It's too many to try to display in a little 2 inch strip so, Newsbin doesn't even try.

It shows chunks when there are few enough chunks that they can be shown. It doesn't try to show chunk when thers are more then I believe 200 chunks per file.
