Lost all settings after crash

Had a power hit. When I restarted Windows (7 64 Bite) and started Newsbin 6.42 all my settings were lost. Is there anyway to recover from this?

If you look in the Options menu one of the options is to load a backup configuration on restart. This should get you back to your last working configuration.
