Floating/dockable/hide/autohide menu keeps appearing

I just upgraded to 6.34 and have been trying to figure out the floating and dockable stuff. I think I have it set the way I like it, but when I go into the post list window and right click on a post to download it (or any other option from that menu including properties) once I complete that action I am left with a floating box with the floating/dockable etc. options where I had right clicked in the window. This didn't happen until I upgraded to this version. If I click anywhere else, it goes away, but it pops up every time. Is there a switch I can use to turn it off or is it just a glitch?
