Windows 8 Consumer Preview / Newsbin v6.34 - Build 1886
My floating "Groups List" and "Thumbnails" tear-off menu's can't be moved, they appear to be locked in place on the screen. Any idea what I've done? Has been working fine till this morning- Help appreciated, IM

Wild assed guess but, is the lock clicked on the main toolbar?
