Memory problem with 6.33 64bits

Postby Zacker71 » Tue Jun 12, 2012 3:01 pm

Hi

It seem to have a memory problem with the 6.33 version 64 bits. I use only 2 newsgroup, one with small amount, one with very huge amount of post. When I start the program and open these 2 newsgroup, it use about 2gb of memory. But If I let it open (refresh every 6 hours the newsgroup) it increase so much. If I don't detect it it crash my system and sometime I saw a windows that tell me to close some program because memory is full. When I check in task manager, newsbin don't seem to use that memory but no other program seem to use that memory.

So I test it to be sure it is related to newsbin. I Restarted my computer and leaved it right there for the night. I didn't have any memory problem. Next night, I restarted it again, and just start newsbin and open these 2 newsgroup. Next night my computer was out of memory.

I din't see anybody tlak about memory related problem, does someboby have the same problem? What could cause this? Is it something install in my computer?

For info, I have I7 with 16 gb, SSD 180gb , & RAID 1 Array 2tb, Windows 7 Pro french

Thank you!

Zack

I seem to remember seeing something like that that was related to a Virus scanner. I'll try to reproduce it here.
