Upgrade now crashed on launch

I just upgraded from 6.14 to 6.33 and now it crashes on launch

I have 1.8ghz processor
Win7 64 bit
8gb RAM
Quad Core processor
I tried evert version 32 bit, 64 bit.
Theres a window during dpwnload that says single core detected, Newsbin can't detect AMD. I have AMD but tried the single vore version and the dual core version.
Still.
Now Newsbin crashes upon launch.

Typically deleting the "Download.db3" file in the data folder will fix this. We're not exactly sure why the crash happens. We've actually gotten some of the DB3's in house and they don't crash for us.

OK I did that. It launched. The second I tried to download a file, it crashed again. Now it won't re launch again.

If I try to completely delete newsbinpro, and try to re install it, would that help?

Probably not, but you can't hurt anything by re-installing. Did it successfully create another download.db3 file, and if you delete it does the result end up the same i.e. you get another proper startup but then adding a file starts all over again? Just wondering if it's a permission issue...

It would be worth trying. This is the second report of something like this I've seen. There's aren't any clues yet.
