Yet some more issues have cropped up to 6.3x which need a quick-turn release for fixes:

• Fixed issue with size filters not sticking in Filter Profiles (introduced in 6.33)
• PAR/NFO size bypass now applies globally (wasn't applying when a filter profile was used)
• Fixed issue with news server addresses containing the characters "none". i.e. rhinonewsgroups.com

If you use Filter Profiles, or rhinonews server, you will need this version.
